A complex facility runs on dozens of capable systems that were never built to work together. Each one is a point solution, blind to the rest.
The coordination layer between those systems has always been people, radios, and institutional memory. It works until the person with the memory is off shift. Bishop is that layer, built as software.
Horizontal by design
We build one runtime for every kind of facility, not a product per vertical. If a place has sensors, actuators, and people coordinating physical work, the same engine holds it. That is the whole point: the coordination problem is the same everywhere, so the layer that solves it should be too.
